I had the great opportunity of meeting "The Black Pearl" himself just last week in Canberra. All I can say is, man! What a great example of determination, passion, and perseverance. Aside from his well documented and decorated career as a a Hall of Fame NBL player, this guy has a truly amazing spirit about him that would have given him the strength to tackle any goal of his choice. With that being said, it is undoubted that Cal has the personality, charisma, and life lessons that could motivate anyone to set higher goals and become and unprecedented leader in what ever they do!

At this tournament, players will be able to learn all about what it takes to dominate the game of basketball. Having played very competitively in the USA, I can attest to the significance of 2 man games within the course of any offense. The pickNroll, pickNpop, giveNgo, driveNkick, or even the dribble handoff are moves that fit into the scope of any offense.

I encourage all coaches to send their top prospects to this tournament in order to achieve a greater success on the court. This tournament is geared for all positions: guard, forward, and center. Send any combination of talent you want because you assured to approach fierce competition. As mentioned before, not only will your player gain significant basketball foundation but also the mental building blocks of a perennial leader.

Aspiring players grab your buddy and come see if you have what it takes to beat the best! This tournament will allow you to build, condition, and SHOW YOUR GREATNESS!!

I met Cal Burton a few days ago and really enjoyed hearing all his experiences in the basketball world in Australia. We also talked about this tourny and I was extremely impressed with the planning that has gone into it. I played ball in high school in America and played in numerous in tournaments as well as participated in numerous camps over the year. The plan for this tourny is on equal levels of anything I have attended. This will definitely produce some great competition and being able to learn from an all time great is a spectacular opportunity. The winners getting a tour around the US for some NBA games is ridiculous. I have been to countless NBA games in my life, it is quite an experience to watch the best in the world do what they do best. If I wasn't gone during the dates the tourny is on, I would have loved to play. I would highly recommend this to any player that is trying to further themselves in this sport!

This is an absolutely awesome idea Cal...the concept of 2 on 2 is the ideal way to develop the skills of players, enabling them to be closer to realizing their dreams…whether that be at a state , national, or international level…or even just to be the best they can be in their domestic competition. I have always taken pleasure in watching your game….dominating and defeating the very best. To be able to impart your skills and knowledge to the youth of today should be counted as a true blessing and everyone who is able to take advantage of this awesome opportunity should do so. Best of luck!!!
